- Scheduling professional photography

- Creating a four-color brochure
- Listing the property in MLS
- Scheduling and hosting open houses
- Identifying and tracking all buyers
- Handling all appointments and showings (usually in person)
- Receiving offers and evaluating them with PR
- Negotiating to improve the offer
- Handling all subsequent forms,documents, compliance,inspections,and other work related to closing the transaction
2 If You Require Work Beyond Traditional Real Estate Services, I provide the following for an hourly fee:
$200/ hour to gather estimates, schedule the service, and oversee the on-site work
$50/ hour travel time
