Overview: This is a pre-done nail contest featuring your creation displayed for judges based upon the Deep Dish Dive theme. Note that we choose not to allow models in order to put 100% of our judges’ attention squarely on your imagination, creativity, and skills as they relate to our theme. No time limits to complete in advance of the event, keeping you free to create the best version of your artistic vision.
Theme: From deep dish pizza to fresh food from a farmer’s market, Chicago’s most iconic flavors inspire this playful, high-creativity nail art challenge. In the Deep Dish Details Competition, students transform nails into miniature works of art. America’s Beauty Show 2026 welcomes the Headquarters Barber Competition – a highenergy, live showcase of skill, creativity, and precision. Competitors will go head-to-head in timed challenges designed to test technique, artistry, and presentation in front of a live audience. All categories will have a student & professional division
This exclusive half-day event is hosted by the team at Headquarters Barbers, featuring four dynamic categories, live judging, and audience engagement.
Prizes:
Each category will honor the Top 3 competitors in both the Student & Professional Categories will receive trophies/medals and exclusive product prize packages.
• 1st Place: Trophy + product prize package (value at least $850)
• 2nd Place: Trophy + product prize package (valued at up to $500)
