Your Q4 2024 – Q3 2025 accomplishments

Achieve

What does it mean to achieve? To achieve is to turn effort into impact and intention into reality. It takes commitment, tenacity, patience. Achievement isn’t a finish line — it’s the ongoing pursuit of doing better, day in and day out.

In the midst of our demanding work, it’s important to pause and recognize our achievements. Every life improved, every challenge overcome, every innovation implemented — these are the markers of achievement that may not always be measured but are essential to the difference you make.

We invite you to take a few moments to reflect on the content in the following pages.

It begins with individuals and a callout of milestones for those beginning and ending their journey (page 4). Those milestones and the work of the entire team led to outstanding rankings in 2025 (page 6). Your endeavors in excellence, from accreditations to awards, are highlighted (page 8). Your clinical expertise and knowledge are showcased (page 9). Resourcefulness in securing grants and opening doors in new spaces for care is also included (page 10)

Your achievements are not limited to this document. They are also found in your quiet triumphs and the words of gratitude shared among peers and patients. Compassion. Humanity. Grit. Dedication. Teamwork.

There is no other team we’d want to have on our side. We are incredibly proud of who you are, what you’ve achieved and our collective potential moving forward. On behalf of our patients and community, thank you for all that you do.

Magnificent milestones Anniversaries
