The Kinesiology major focuses on human movement through flexible coursework and hands-on learning. With concentrations in Pre-Professional and Applied Human Performance, you’ll gain experience using clinical-grade equipment and complete practical visits and internships. Graduates are well-prepared for careers or advanced study in fields like exercise physiology, sport coaching, and physical therapy.
“I’ve found a great support system within the Kinesiology major, both with my professors and classmates. The program offers excellent hands-on experience, especially within the lab and classroom.”

“All of my professors have cared so deeply about us as students and as people, making an effort to support us and be a resource. The hands-on learning we receive is second to none. We get so much field experience and are in the classroom starting with our first semester. In fact, I was visiting schools in just the second week of classes!”
