Oursimpleslogan,“APerfectSmilefor Everyone…,”guidedusaswesetupDentalproin July2003.Fromdayone,weoffered comprehensivedentalservicestobothlocaland internationalpatients.Byfocusingonahomely, comfortableclinicenvironment,pre-visitonline consultations,andend-to-endpatientservices,we quicklyattractedinternationalpatients.Thiscaught theattentionofTourismMalaysia,whichwas exploringnewtourismproductsforMalaysia.

Firstly,Ihadtoovercomethetraditional hierarchicalmindsetthatwasprevalentin manyorganizations,wherewomenwere oftenoverlookedorunderestimated. Secondly,Ihadtojugglemyfamily responsibilitieswhilebuildingmycareer.
However,Ididn’tletthesechallenges holdmeback.Instead,Itookthemas opportunitiestogrowandmakea difference.IrealizedthatIhadtotakethe initiativetochangemindsetsandprove myself.
Beingrealisticaboutmyself-worthand knowingwhentomoveonhelpedme navigatetheseobstacles.

Outsideofwork,I’mahomebodywhoenjoys spendingtimeathomecooking,decorating,and gardening.Whileattendingeventswasimportantfor networkingopportunitiesinthepast,thesedaysI enjoycatchingupwithfriendsoverlunches,dinners, orafternoonwalks.Mylatestinterestismahjong–a gameofstrategythatchallengesthemind.
