means to you

You

can always spot someone from Bryant.

It’s the way they own a room, the way they walk, the way they shake your hand. There’s a swagger, not just what they do but how, not just the words but a tone that says, “I know something.”

It’s what everyone at Bryant knows, from first years to seniors, from orientation on our Smithfield, Rhode Island, campus all the way to Wall Street, respected research and health institutions, and boardrooms around the globe:

When you’re at Bryant, you’re in. In demand. In the room. In the know. So the real question is: What does [IN] mean to you?

TOP 1% ROI for Lifetime Earnings

Bryant students rank in the top 1% for return on investment over a lifetime of earning. Here’s one reason why: They get experience. Right away.

Whether you study business, healthcare, or the arts and sciences, learning at Bryant is based on hands-on experiences. You’ll have access to opportunities like Fortune 500 internships, cutting-edge labs where you can hone real-world skills, or research with your professors so that you’re ready for your career on day one.

Source: Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce 2025 scorecard. Bryant ranks in the top 1% nationally of the 4,600 schools included in the report.

IN THE KNOW

At Bryant, you learn the best way you can — by building something real. Whether that’s the seed of a successful business, a media plan for a corporate partner, or experience growing a portfolio in the stock market, you gain skills, build networks, and grow the confidence to lead in your career.

Your foundation begins with world-class academics, driving you to forge your future in one of Bryant’s top-ranked colleges or school.

College of Business

Work with industry leaders and gain direct experience of the business world while building a unique, interdisciplinary perspective that sets you apart. Andrea Cortes ’26 (Finance) started as a first-generation student, became president of the Multicultural Student Union, and gained entry to career-defining networking sessions with BlackRock and Goldman Sachs.

School of Health and Behavioral Sciences

Prepare for a high-impact, high ROI future in healthcare with an education at the intersection of health, business, and AI. Connor Lofstrom ’25 (Healthcare Informatics) turned an analytics internship with Brown Physicians into a full-time role there as a Healthcare Data Analyst after graduation.

College of Arts and Sciences

Tackle complex challenges through your study of law, communication, the arts, or the social and quantitative sciences — and gain an edge with a business minor. Rachael Goyette ’28 (Actuarial Mathematics) studied how insurance claims along the Russian River in California impact real communities.

BUILD YOUR IN

Gaining Confidence

Jess Maffe ’24, ’25MBA found the confidence to go all in on the Sales program thanks to Professor Stefanie Boyer, Ph.D. In her course “Personal Selling,” Professor Boyer broke down common stereotypes about sales, and Jess realized that the field was about helping people find solutions. That mentorship led Jess to national sales competitions and eventually to the presidency of Bryant’s Sales Team. After earning her graduate degree as a 3+1 MBA student, she accepted a job in sales with LogRocket, a software development company in Boston.

“This university pushes you but holds your hand while doing so. It’s a really good community to be a part of.”
Jess Maffe ’24 ’25MBA

Learning That Takes You Further

Your unique major/minor combination at Bryant, grounded in business, is often your ticket in. Every Bryant student takes a minor in a field outside their major. You might learn sales techniques — and also psychology, social trends, and data analysis that make your pitches irresistible. You might study biology — and also finance, entrepreneurship, and AI skills that turn your research into a business.

Going deeper pushes you into unexpected places, where you meet people who will shape your future. Like the entrepreneur you met at a career fair. It turns out she’s also a movie buff so when you told her about your minor in media studies, it won you an interview.

Recent major/minor combinations from Bryant students:

• Marketing and Psychology

• Finance and Economics

• Entrepreneurship and Biology

• Health Sciences and Management

• Arts and Creative Industries and Digital Marketing

• International Business and Spanish

Business Entrepreneurship

Leadership Center

Home to the College of Business, the Business Entrepreneurship Leadership Center (BELC) is where your learning gets real and where state-of-the-art classrooms and labs give you an edge. You can fine-tune your pitch, find funding for your idea, shape it with AI and advanced digital marketing and visualization tools, and much more.

TOP 100 Universities Nationwide

When you calculate student and alumni satisfaction, as well as cost and earning potential, the result is clear: Bryant ranks among the very best universities nationwide. Case in point, The Wall Street Journal ranks Bryant in the top 100 colleges. This recognition echoes Bryant’s strong performance in rankings from U.S. News & World Report, The Princeton Review, and Forbes — and even an international 5-star excellence rating from QS Quacquarelli Symonds (QS Stars).

Here’s why that matters to you: Success at Bryant happens through every part of your campus experience. Academics, yes. But also through Division I sports, student clubs, internships, and more. When you’re hanging out with friends or discovering a new hobby, you’re also making connections and building strengths that will serve you through a lifetime. You can do anything with this community behind you.

ALL IN FOR SUCCESS

As a student, you’ll immediately feel the strength and support of the Bryant community behind you. Your health and wellness is a priority, and you’ll be surrounded by services and people that will help you thrive.

Support Resources

Seeking academic resources? Stop in the Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) or Accessibility Services. Want a quiet space to reflect? Find it at the Machtley Interfaith Center. The Office of Counseling Services is a free, confidential place for you to discuss personal challenges. And don’t be surprised if you run into Archie, the campus comfort dog, on your way to class. At Bryant, you’ll have a community around you.

Traditions That Inspire

It’s a chilly December evening, but everyone’s outside. People are holding candles for Bryant’s Festival of Lights. They light them for Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, and more, bringing their own traditions into one to celebrate together. From Welcome Week to Commencement, from tailgating to cheering at the annual Duck Race, you’ll discover that, when you’re at Bryant, you are Bryant.

105+ Clubs That Connect

Want to focus on your creative skills? Try the Bryant Players, the Creative Writing club, or aDvANCEd Evolution Dance Team. Trying to build your professional skills? Join the Bryant Research Association, DECA, or an honor society. Whether you want to spend time outdoors, advocate for change, or join Greek life, there’s something for you here.

And if you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can start your own club.

Tyler Griffin ’26 (Leadership and Innovation Management) arrived on campus as an introvert. In the Bryant chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization (CEO), he found his voice. His newfound confidence led him to the presidency of Bryant CEO, which was named Best Global Chapter for the ninth time under Tyler’s watch.

Ayla Gunther ’25 (Entrepreneurship) wanted to find more ways to help animal shelters and other organizations, so she wrote a business plan and pitched it to the student senate. And the Bryant Volunteer Club was born. Today it has nearly 100 members!

Joey Belsanti ’25 (Business Economics) saw a problem: High school and college students weren’t learning to manage their finances. So he founded Twelve Points Academy, a nonprofit teaching financial literacy. Then he co-founded the Bryant chapter with six other students. Now, there are 60 members. The goal? Go nationwide.

GO TOGETHER

“If other students, faculty, or alumni know you’re committed to something, they’ll be committed as well. They’ll support you through the roof.”

INVESTING IN THE FUTURE

Whatever your individual goals, you need places to collaborate, stay healthy, and stay connected. Here’s what we’ve built for you.

Puishys Residence Complex

The new Puishys Residence Complex will enhance Bryant’s already vibrant campus life. Two buildings — spanning 85,000 square feet and connected by glass-enclosed walkways — host countless gathering spaces, including lounges, 24/7 study rooms, a fireplace, patios, and outdoor areas. It’s where students can connect — to campus and to each other.

Sprague Center for Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking

Turn your ideas into successful ventures through hands-on learning, mentorship, and access to resources like dedicated co-working and maker spaces.

Psychology Research Center

This innovative space features advanced research labs, workspaces for team projects, and areas dedicated to data analysis and psychological testing.

Salmanson Dining Hall

Salmanson Dining Hall, or “Salmo,” is more than a place to eat. In this newly renovated space, you’ll find a modern, inviting atmosphere and fresh, bold flavors. And you’ll discover a place to gather and build community.

Navigant Credit Union Field House

Bryant’s new athletic facility is a monument to the victories we win together. It’s the home of Division I football, soccer, and lacrosse. It hosts modern locker rooms, physical therapy areas, club seating and concessions, and bleachers integrated into the venue’s eye-catching design.

IN THE LEAD

From our March Madness appearance in men’s basketball to the women’s tennis NCAA tournament play, you can feel it everywhere: Bryant is on the rise.

Teamwork defines the Bulldog community, and our athletes are champions in uniform and in the classroom, with graduation rates that are among the best in the nation.

Athletes stay at the top of their game at the modern Bulldog Strength and Conditioning Center, which sports weightlifting stations, workout areas, a nutrition station, and more. It serves more than 500 athletes, as well as members of intramural and club sports teams.

And everyone can access the Chace Wellness Center’s pool, exercise studio, and fitness center, modeled after private health clubs.

Intramural and Club Sports

Want to compete in basketball, rugby, or cheerleading? Make new friends in dance, ultimate frisbee, or soccer? Stay healthy with karate or yoga? In Bryant’s Intramural and Club sports, you’ll build your own victories, whatever your interest.

Bryant’s success rate for early graduates means you’re competitive the moment you hit the market, ready to start ahead and keep advancing. Because getting that first job or graduate acceptance is a return on investment that will continue to grow.

It’s a return on experience, too. As a student at Bryant, you’ll work with our corporate partners in business, healthcare, and the arts and sciences, solving real-world problems. You’ll build marketing plans, implement AI solutions, learn the ropes in state government, and more. You’ll gain global experiences that turn education into expertise on a world stage.

National Leader for Internships

Bryant is in the top 5 in the nation for internship and recruiter demand, according to LinkedIn. It’s clear that the career support from the Amica Center for Career Education — ranked #25 for Best Career Services by The Princeton Review — gives you an edge. Add to that Bryant’s innovative tuition-paid internship policy, which means you’ll gain credit while gaining experience.

Amica Center for Career Education

Through the Amica Center for Career Education, you can build internships into your learning, find resume and cover letter help, and connect with thousands of employers at on-campus career fairs and an online platform that links students, employers, and alumni year-round.

OWN

OWN THE ROOM

Career preparation at Bryant means you can walk into the rooms that matter, knowing you belong there. When you graduate, you’re day-one ready — which means you’re ready for anything.

Your Career Starts Now

Real confidence — career-making, all-in confidence — comes from the professional experience you gain as a student. For students like Hayley Bonavita ’25 (Psychology), every opportunity at Bryant leads to another. Like the Senior Internship Seminar, which led Hayley to a 15-week internship with the Center for Psychology and Learning — an experience that opened the door to classroom opportunities, connections with the Autism Project, and ultimately, a chance to conduct original research as an undergraduate.

Ellen Wilson Leadership Center

Bryant’s hub for bold, ethical leadership is where you will learn to lead with purpose. Here you can earn a leadership certification, become a Wilson Fellow, connect with alumni mentors, and engage in experiential seminars that shape your voice and vision.

Gaining Experience

Everyone is guaranteed real-world experience at Bryant. For students like Riley McKinley ’27 (Management; Politics and Law), that looks like securing an internship with a senator after attending Explore D.C. Here’s how students build their skills and resume:

• Internships: There’s good reason Bryant ranks top 5 in the nation for internships along with MIT, Carnegie Mellon, Caltech, and Bentley: More than 400 leading companies recruit Bryant students, who often do three or four internships before graduation.

• Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF): Train in laboratory instrumentation, writing, and presenting during this 10-week program guided by a faculty advisor.

• Archway Investment Fund: Manage a live portfolio of $3.5 million and master the complex principles of international investing. Other schools have student investment funds — but nowhere near the size of Bryant’s.

Your Goals, Global Scale

At Bryant, you can study logistics in the Global Supply Chain Lab — and in Taiwan. You can master the complex language of international trade with a faculty mentor — then put it into play in Prague. You can study biology in the Exercise Movement and Science Lab — then shadow medical professionals in South Africa.

Whether you travel for a semester or a few weeks, you’ll find invaluable cross-cultural experiences, build worldwide networks, and discover that a Bryant education is truly global. Our programs include:

• Study abroad

• Faculty-led programs

• Direct partner programs

• Internships

Achieve Anywhere

For Emilia Wojciechowska ’25 (International Business), a minor in Spanish led to a four-month study abroad trip in Sevilla, Spain. She worked as a marketing intern for Bengala Spain, managing the company’s social media. She also lived with a host family, eating new foods made by an 80-year-old grandmother and experiencing Sevilla like a local. She now serves as the Recent Alumni Trustee on Bryant’s Board.

Gain Experience Overseas

Amy Ndoye ’25 (Biology) traveled to Cape Town, South Africa, as part of the Global Health Challenges course. There, she saw firsthand how technological innovation can bolster struggling healthcare systems, witnessed a lipoma removal — and even had time to try paragliding. study abroad partner programs

You can take bigger risks, gain larger investments, and make meaningful connections. Whether you want to build a business from the ground up, shape the way surgeons work, make a name in the entertainment industry, or become a global business manager at a top company, your advantage positions you to keep leading at every stage of your career.

Bringing It Back To Campus

As CEO of the Ghanaian JA Group and co-founder of the venture capital firm Cornerstone Partners, Jude Addo ’11 (Economics) built an international career in business, finance, and AI. It brought him back to Bryant. “When a place like Bryant makes such an impression on you,” Jude says, “you want to repay that.”

As one of Bryant’s Executives in Residence, he taught students team-building, offered advice on growing a business, and discussed the ethics of AI.

At Bryant, connections between alumni and students is the norm. It’s the reason our students keep succeeding — and why our graduates keep coming back.

ONCE ALWAYS

ONCE IN, ALWAYS IN

Imagine yourself in the place you’re heading.

It could be a corner office with a view of Central Park. Or in Spain, Germany, or Japan, securing investors for your international startup. Maybe you’re in a lab, researching epidemiology and public health. Or founding the first woman-owned bespoke safari company in Zimbabwe. Or advocating for inclusion in professional sports.

When you’re there, what will you do?

You’ll do what Ellen Wilson ’79 (Business) did: You’ll help others get in. After graduation, Ellen rose to the C-suite at Fidelity, UnitedHealth Group, and other international companies. Once there, she gave back to Bryant, joining the Board of Trustees, to which she was elected chair in 2024, and donating $5 million to found the Ellen Wilson Leadership Center.

When you’re a student, you’ll benefit from the graduates who return to campus to share their insight and connections. And when you’re the one at the top, you’ll help others get there, too.

Success Across Industries

There’s the first moment you set foot on campus. And there’s the moment, after graduation, when you step through our archway. In between, you pass that arch every day. But only after you have your degree in hand — after you’ve gained the power to define what being in means for you — can you step through.

The best way to understand the future Bryant offers you? Look at our alumni. In every field, in every industry, they’re defining the future on their terms.

At Bryant, you work to build success on your terms, starting day one, and for the rest of your career.
