Supported several student events including:
Skate the ‘80s: An 80s themed roller skating event to de-stress after mid-terms
Bloom with Pride: A safe event for all LGBTQIA+ folks and allies at UC Davis to celebrate their identities
Night to End Campus Hunger: Hosted the 4th annual fundraiser in the Coffee House, raised over $5,000 for students struggling with food insecurity
Cool Campus Challenge: Hosted a contest between UC Davis, Berkeley, Irvine, and Santa Barbara; encouraging students to reduce energy usage and minimize carbon footprint
Designed the exterior wrap for the Moo-vin’ Moo-seum, a mobile art project in partnership with Unitrans and Aggie Arts
The ASUCD Moo-vin’ Moo-seum is a new public arts program that was launched this year and is committed to bringing arts to public transit in Davis. Housed under the Aggie Arts Committee, the Moo-vin’ Moo-seum is decorated in a unique wrap designed by Creative Media and features rotating quarterly interior installations of art made by community members. It rides all the normal Unitrans bus routes, bringing art to daily commutes!

Continued to be a zero-cost resource for students
Held mending workshops throughout the year to encourage students to repair their clothing
Collaborated with Empower Yolo and SAAC to host a clothing drive in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month
Sold just under 300 bikes this school year
Partnered with the Guardian Scholars Program and the Basic Needs Center to provide free bikes, bike repairs, and accessories to students
Partnered with the University Credit Union to provide assistance for bike purchasing and repairs
622,563 total transactions: Sold 41,831 cups of coffee, 32,571 lattes, 179,302 slices of pizza, 37,861 breakfast bagels
Eliminated majority of single-use plastic bottles from our product mix
Hosted nine groups for Take Our Children to Work Day, providing kitchen tours and a build-your-own pizza making experience for over 100 kids/parents
Began operating the new VESTA shelter, a short-term housing facility for students experiencing homelessness or severe housing instability
In addition to the annual Spring Housing Fair, HAUS hosted an additional Fall Fair in collaboration with CollegePads
Partnered with IRL to launch a UC Davis Housing Survey
150 laptops & computers inventoried and updated
Cleaned up “outdated” websites and domains and retired over 180 email addresses
Assisted IRL with deploying their sites (Brainfreeze, Lawntopia, and more incoming) and their development resources
Launched a Hack Nights program funding 8 teams $4000 to support their ideation, building, and debugging process
Building “Aggies on the moove” website that aggregates
Public transit data to inform decisions in Davis
Presented Campus engagement project; influenced the creation of the aggie pack committee
Over 36,000 students shopped at The Pantry this year
Recovered over 20,000 lbs of food
Launched The Pantry Zine to highlight resources for students facing food insecurity on campus
Transported nearly 4 million riders in the ‘24-’25 academic year
Averaged 22,000 riders every school day
Employed over 350 student employees, making Unitrans one of the largest student-operated transit services in America
Awarded 3 Silver ADDY’s from the American Advertising Awards
The Editorial Board and 50 plus volunteer editors, videographers, animators, photographers, and reporters worked on over 70 projects
Designed and executed 7 merch giveaways across campus to increase student engagement with ASUCD
Launched ASUCD Spring Trading Cards which increased attendance for Picnic Day, Lawntopia, and the Whole Earth Festival
Designed the exterior wrap for the Moo-vin’ Moo-seum, winning a Sacramento and District 14 Gold ADDY Award from the American Advertising Awards
Successfully launched a new website, which now also displays the song currently being played live Annual fundraiser raised over $34,000 this year

Hosted the first ever CA Aggie Journalism & Alumni Conference

Stocked the Safer Sex Dispensers on campus with over 4,200 safe sex products
Partnered with SAAAC, GASC, and EAC to provide safety care packages through the Safe Boats program
Launched Moo-tual Connections; a series of events including board games, bowling, and picnics to help students connect and build community at UC Davis
Hosted music events for students: Sunset Fest, Silo Sessions, BrainFreeze, Battle of the DJs, Lawntopia
BrainFreeze became the fastest sold out event at the Mondavi Center
Lawntopia sold out in less than an hour with the help of our new SMS text campaign, which had over 2,500 sign-ups
Started new event “Picnic Day PitStop” on Russell Field that captured a snapshot of Picnic Day through live performances, an obstacle course, games, and crafts
30% increase in parade entries, student club participation, animal events, and exhibits across campus
Introduced games around campus, had an astronaut Q&A at the Children’s Discovery Fair, and honored Professor Laci Gerhart as 111th Picnic Day Parade Marshal
Over 115 craft vendors, 17 food vendors, 5 service booths, 3 days of live music on 2 stages, various dance group performances, and educational/ experiental workshops
Local art displayed as well as interactive art activities for kids
The reusable dish program reduced all waste from food dishes, ensuring all compost and recycling was sorted correctly
Student staff and volunteers set up and took down the festival, built the domes and stage, marked vendor spots, managed reservations, and continuously kept the space
