Anxhela Sulstarova

I’m an architect with a master’s degree from the University of Florence, where I graduated with the highest score and specialized in architectural design. Through several internships, I’ve worked on residential and public buildings, as well as urban planning projects. These experiences helped me grow both technically and personally learning how to manage design processes, communicate within teams, and adapt to the realities of working in architecture. I see architecture as a continuous journey of learning, and I’m always interested in exchanging ideas, exploring new methods, and being part of conversations that challenge the way we think about space and design. I’m also interested in how architecture influences well-being, behavior, and inclusivity. I see it not just as a technical or artistic practice, but as something deeply connected to how we live, both individually and collectively. That sense of social responsibility is what continues to guide and inspire me.
