The Zubin Foundation invites universities, colleges & schools to partner with us in delivering meaningful staff engagement, professional development, research collaboration, and community impact initiatives that support both ethnically diverse (ED) communities in Hong Kong and your institution’s, equity, and inclusion and social impact priorities.

Inclusive Campus Practices Review

- ED Women & Girls Support - Challenges of ED Youth Leveraging our decade of experience supporting ED communities, we provide consultancy services to support and guide institutions to design programmes, refine strategies and strengthen engagement to better serve ED students. Guided cultural immersion experiences led by local ED community members, offering first-hand exposure to the everyday lives of marginalised communities. Visits may include- Religious spaces · Desi grocery stores · Local food market · Shared meals Support in developing inclusive guidelines and campus engagement approaches.
