Members of the Preparatory Committee for the Commission on Children The Zubin Foundation (TZF), a social policy think tank and registered charity in Hong Kong, welcomes the opportunity to share its views and recommendations to the Preparatory Committee for the Commission on Children. As a leading voice for Hong Kong’s ethnic minority and non-Chinese speaking constituencies, this submission is informed by rigorous stakeholder engagement and extensive research into issues affecting children from these communities. We hope the points raised are informative and instructive as you consider the function and scope of the Commission.
