The Zubin Foundation (TZF) invites NGOs and Social Enterprises to partner with us in delivering meaningful capacity building, community programmes, outreach initiatives, and joint funding projects that support ethnically diverse (ED) communities in Hong Kong.

Community Immersion Visits
Talks, Training & Staff Workshops (Customisable)
Guided cultural immersion experiences led by local ED community members, offering first-hand exposure to the everyday lives of marginalised communities. Visits may include:
- Religious spaces - Desi grocery stores
- Local food market - Shared meals
Talks and workshops based on real community experiences and casework to help organisations understand the challenges faced by ED communities and build more inclusive, culturally responsive practices. Topics include:
- Cultural Inclusion - Anti-racism
- Parenting and SEN - Child Safeguarding
- Mental Health of ED - ED Elderly Support
- ED Women & Girls Support
- Forced Marriage & implications
Advisory on Inclusive Programme Design

Leveraging our decade of experience supporting marginalised ED communities, we provide consultancy services to support and guide organisations to design programmes, refine strategies and strengthen engagement to better serve ED individuals.
