A Family Legacy, Rooted in Tradition

Chef Henry Yang — born in Taiwan with 40+ years of culinary mastery spanning Taiwan, Thailand, and China — brought his life's work to San Diego. Today, he's joined by his sons, Executive Chef Ethan Yang and Co-Owner Jonathan Yang, continuing a proud three-generation family tradition.
