BIO GR APHY Jenny Telwar is the Managing Broker for Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty’s Nashville office and has called Middle Tennessee home since 1994. Recognized as one of Nashville Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” and Nashville Lifestyles’ “25 Most Beautiful People,” she brings extensive expertise in probate, new construction, relocation, luxury condos, public relations, policy, and marketing. With 30 years in the Brentwood/Franklin area, she serves clients across all Middle Tennessee counties. Jenny holds multiple industry designations, including Broker, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Certified Listing Professional, and has earned local association awards for her production. A trusted voice in real estate, Jenny has been featured in Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Inman, Yahoo News, Sotheby’s Luxury Outlook, nFocus, Be Local Franklin, Cool Springs Magazine, Nashville Ledger, and The Tennessean. She has also appeared on Nashville’s WSMV Channel 4 and conducts workshops for clients and agents. Additionally, she owns an estate sale and clearing business and is a published specialist in probate affairs. In her free time, Jenny loves traveling to foreign countries, tackling extreme hikes and adventures, and cheering on her beloved San Francisco 49ers. She has successfully summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, crossed the Grand Canyon in a day (Rim-to-Rim), participated in the 29029 Everesting challenge, and enjoys scuba diving. She also volunteers with several local not-for-profit organizations, including Wags and Walks Nashville (rescue dogs). She is an alumna of Virginia Tech (BA) and MTSU (MS). A proud mother of two, Jenny enjoys visiting her children—one a graduate of the University of Hawaii who is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of California, San Diego, and the other a recent graduate of Georgia State University. Jenny resides in Brentwood with her British husband and their two beloved rescue pit bull mixes, who happily continue to keep the household full of energy.
