To do before arrival:

� Record the temperature of each of your horses 3 days before their arrival on the FEI HorseApp. Please find the instructions on how to enter the temperature on the FEI HorseApp

� Submit your Horse Health Certification form on the FEI Horse App.

Please find the instructions on how to submit my horse self-certification form on the FEI website

� Horses from outside the Benelux need a health certificate. We cannot accept horses that arrive without a health certificate.

� Bring your own thermometer!

2 U PON A RRIVAL : H ORSES

� Horses are welcome from Tuesday 19/09/2023 as from 08.00 hrs. In the stables horses are divided per country. Mares and stallions can be placed next to each other. We will welcome a lot of stallions, so to avoid problems in the stables, please take care for electricity to secure ones box.

� Horse trucks have to arrive before Wednesday 20/09/2023 12.00 hrs. Departure of horse trucks is only possible before 8.00 hrs and after 18.00 hrs. No exceptions can be made.

� All stable requests should be sent to sport@zangersheide.com before Wednesday 13th of September 2023.

� First bedding (straw) is free. Shavings, hay and extra straw can be bought from the stable manager. During the show the

stable managers office is open from 07.00 hrs – 09.00 hrs and from 16.00 hrs – 18.00 hrs.

Check Point at Entrance of Stables:

� A veterinarian checks FEI Self-Certification of Health Status for each horse.

� Your stables will then be allocated upon arrival.

Horses are unloaded from truck and placed in allocated stables.

� A veterinarian proceeds with examination –grooms take the temperature of their horses.

� No horse is allowed to leave their stable until temperature measurement is recorded and a sticker is given:

• (>36.5°/ <38.5°): Horse is allowed to leave the stable.

• (>38.5°/ <39.0°): On hold + recheck temperature after 1hr.

• (>39.0°): Remove the horse and all the horses travelling in the same truck to the quarantine stable.

� Officials will check if the horses’ temperature is recorded in the FEI Horse App during the event.

Horse inspection

� Horse inspection is Wednesday 20/09/2023 (see schedule). All horses must arrive before the horse inspection.

� Horse Inspection Stallions ’Sires of the World’ is Thursday 21/09/2023

Food & Beverage

Openings hours from the restaurant in the stable area are:

� Breakfast: 06.30 hrs – 10.30 hrs

� Lunch: 11.00 hrs – 14.30 hrs

� Dinner: 17.00 hrs – 21.00 hrs

We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for the grooms (one groom per rider), from Wednesday dinner to Sunday lunch. Tickets will be given at the sport office when registering.

There are various restaurants and places to eat and drink on the showgrounds.

Parking

There are two different truck parking areas;

� Regular parking € 25

� Parking with electricity € 150

You can park your vehicle (1 per rider) in the riders parking across the stable area, please follow the signs.

Dogs

� No dogs are allowed on the Showground
