1 B UILD - UP PERIOD
First of all; Welcome to Zangersheide!
The construction of your stand is possible between 08:00h and 20:00h, both on Monday 18 September and Tuesday 19 September. Between these hours you have the time to organise and decorate your stand. Please make sure that during the build-up period (Monday-Tuesday) you fill in the enclosed identification form to get access to the parking as an exhibitor and place it in front of your window.

Supplying your stand during the event is only possible overnight between 19h and 7h in the morning.

Parking
You can park your car for free on the exhibitors parking, please follow the signs and our parking guides. The parking ticket can then be picked up at the sports office.

Our event is not only known for the fantastic sport, but also for our excellent food and cosy bars.

4 D ISMANTLING OF STAND
You can dismantle your stand on Sunday evening after the last lap of honour of the World Championships for 7 year old horses at approximately 18.30h. Out of respect for our visitors, sponsors and athletes we ask you to respect these times.
