Over the past years, I have managed an increasingly busy marketing calendar alongside several firm wide events, campaigns and projects. At times, this required me to take on responsibilities beyond my usual role, coordinate closely with different teams and external suppliers, and adapt quickly when priorities or circumstances changed.
By remaining organised, solution focused and committed to delivering each project to a high standard, I was able to keep multiple initiatives moving forward while continuing to support the wider team. These experiences remind me that grit is not simply about working through difficult moments, but about remaining consistent, adaptable and focused on the wider goal.
