This project explores the relationship between architecture and fashion, drawing inspiration from Singapore’s unique architectural landscape. By combining historical influences such as CHIJMES, Peranakan design, and Art Deco with modern landmarks like Marina Bay Sands and the Helix Bridge, the collection reflects the city’s distinctive balance between heritage and innovation.
Designed for Spring/Summer 2026, the collection focuses on womenswear at an independent designer level, targeting women who appreciate structured silhouettes and architectural aesthetics. The garments reinterpret built environments into wearable forms, translating spatial design into fashion.
Through the use of geometric shapes, colourblocking, and laser-cut details inspired by stained glass and structural elements, the project merges past and future. The outcome presents a contemporary narrative of Singapore where tradition and modernity coexist expressed through bold yet refined fashion design.
