01 Greenfield Diagonal Park

Mixed-use Community Park

Site: Manila Area: 120,043 sqft

This project is located in Manila, adjacent to the headquarters of Greenfield Development. It is part of a larger vision to transform the surrounding area into a vibrant urban district that combines residential and commercial programs.

This phase focuses on the commercial component, with a key feature being a linear park that serves as both a green corridor and a connector between the development and nearby neighborhoods. The park is designed to be a public destination that supports a 24-hour lifestyle, encouraging walkability, social interaction, and community engagement.

The project aims to establish a strong identity for the district while enhancing urban livability through thoughtful integration of landscape and architecture.

02 Village Service Center

Community Center

Site: Daizhuang Village, Nanjing Area: 51,660 sqft

Located in Daizhuang Village, Nanjing, a region known for its rich rice farming culture, this community center is designed to blend harmoniously into its rural landscape. Surrounded by expansive paddy fields, the project draws inspiration from the patterns, rhythms, and cultural symbolism of rice cultivation.

The design strategy focuses on integrating the architecture into the existing agricultural environment. Through layered spatial organization, low-profile building massing, and material choices that echo the textures of the land, the architecture becomes an extension of the field, rather than an interruption. The center serves as a gathering space for local residents, supporting educational, cultural, and social activities.

03 The Mountain in City

Hotel and Market renovating old Metro Station

Site: Atlanta Area: 201,830 sqft

The site is situated in downtown Atlanta, amidst an area with a notably high crime rate within the city. Despite the presence of a metro station on-site, it is underutilized by the public. Our aim is to revitalize the site by infusing it with energy to attract more visitors.

To achieve this, I propose the construction of a hotel that remains active round-the-clock, fostering a sense of community and safety through constant human presence. By strategically positioning spaces to overlook one another from different floors, we promote social interaction and mutual support among occupants. This concept aims to reintroduce the human connection that is often found in rural settings back into the urban fabric. Additionally, incorporating a market space provides an opportunity for locals to gather, forming a cohesive and vibrant community within the site.

04 A Stepped Shaft of Light (Revit)

Education Center

Site: Washington DC Area: 8,620 sqft

Located in Washington, D.C., this education center is designed to support continuous learning and community engagement around the clock. Responding to the city’s diverse population and dynamic urban life, the center provides accessible educational opportunities during both day and night.

During the day, light shafts bring natural daylight deep into the classrooms, creating bright and uplifting learning environments while reducing the need for artificial lighting. As night falls, the stair shafts become softly illuminated, casting a warm glow throughout the building. This subtle yet intentional lighting strategy fosters a welcoming and safe atmosphere, supporting evening programs, study sessions, and community events.

05 Weaving Nest on History

After school Early Art-Related Education Center

Site: Copenhagen Area:7,688 sqft

The project is situated on a site fraught with controversy, once a battleground between law enforcement and youth groups. While discussions surrounding this site remain unsettled, my focus is directed towards shaping a forwardlooking future.

By implementing a child education program within this space, I aim to foster harmony and understanding among disparate groups. The consensus on the importance of educating children serves as a common ground, transcending the divisions that once defined this area.

06 Artist Studio dedicated to Mariko Mori

Inspired by Mariko’s work

The project reinterprets Mariko Mori’s artwork, transforming the circular motif into a dynamic architectural form inspired by a water tower. Envisioned as both a residency and workspace tailored to her creative needs.

This greater project is a collaborative effort by our studio. We envisioned an imaginative campus that features artists’ residences and educational spaces.
