Tianjin Cultural Bathhouse cutural combination

Water is the birthplace of Tianjin's urban culture, and the Lion Grove Bridge diving event was extremely popular, bringing a large number of tourists to Tianjin. It not only attracts people of all ages in the country but also foreigners. Why is Grandpa diving so popular? The reason is that diving or watching diving under the heavy pressure of life is more like a rebellious attitude towards life. However, with the occurrence of safety accidents, Grandpa's diving was banned, which makes people feel regretful. This plan will revolve around how to make good use of such heat to stimulate national movements through urban water bodies. Water is the origin of Tianjin culture. It not only has a diving culture but also a bathing culture. I hope to build a bathhouse on the Lion Forest Bridge with water culture as its characteristic. It can not only provide guarantees for diving activities but also allow citizens to express their attitudes towards life and release pressure. In addition, the bathhouse will also set up special spaces for multi-culture.

Space Deformation
The space has tall concrete columns that look like tree trunks or hanging rocks, forming an interesting roof. The bath area is full of people having fun in the water, including swimmers and divers. A curved staircase with a slide makes the place more playful and fun. The building has steps and rounded doorways, adding to the feeling of space and flow.
Curved surfaces create recesses that form baths
This picture shows a different view of a public bathhouse with an interesting design. The space has big, curved concrete columns that create tall arches, making it feel open and airy. The bathhouse is full of activity, with people swimming, diving, sitting on the steps, and relaxing in groups. A spiral slide and steps for sitting make the space fun and useful.

Pets Friendly Community
comfortable relationship between people and animals
Introduction
Architecture Design From June 2023 to September 2023
Location: ChengDu, China individual work
The Luoweina bite incident occurred in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. The little girl was bitten in 21 places, with the longest wound being 8cm. This sparked intense discussions in society. Next year, the trend of civilized dog keeping will begin. However, some people take this opportunity to engage in extremist behavior and unjustifiably hunt down stray cats and dogs, which is undoubtedly barbaric and unreasonable. In the context of this incident, I have reconsidered the relationship between animals and humans. Currently, the level of pet friendliness in society is not high enough. Due to the lack of animal protection laws in China, some stray cats and dogs have not been protected, and many hotels in cities prohibit bringing pets in. How to define the relationship between animals and humans has been a topic that society has been exploring. This project will start from the perspective of animals, classify people based on their acceptance of animals, create an animal utopia, and enable various groups of people to find the most comfortable boundaries to interact with animals. I will build a pet friendly hotel from the perspective of animals, delve into what architecture can bring to animal protection, and how to define the boundary between humans and animals.

interior sectional view
showing a unique multi-level structure designed with a focus on pets and play
The first floor is like a maze where people need to walk a long way to enter, but small "dog holes" let dogs get in quickly. The second floor has a fun play area with paths for running and playing. In the middle of the building, there are places for pet services, like a pet hospital, a toy store, and other useful areas.

Container Design
comfortable relationship between people and animals
The façade of this container shows a complex and subtle combination of mechanical and bionic structures. The geometry is strongly industrialized, with cascading surfaces and linear structures revealing a sense of mechanical strength. The bionic elements inside express natural organic qualities through grids and surfaces, creating a contrast between flexibility and rigidity.
The geometry is first wrapped around the object by adding geometry based on physical reference lines, then rotated and finally cut using a rectangular body, the geometry is designed to mimic the shape of the machine, and Þnally the skin is textured.

ICA extension
Extension with the theme of ecologically interesting space construction
Introduction
Architecture Design
From November 2024 to December 2024
Location: Philadelphia, American individual work
This project is the ICA extension, designed with the theme of ecological space construction, closely aligning with the ICA’s mission to inspire creativity, innovation, and engagement through art. The roof is shaped like rolling mountains, creating a connection to nature while introducing an ecological element that fosters interaction and curiosity. Its dynamic form plays with light and shadow throughout the day, echoing the organic and ever-changing creativity of the exhibitions housed within. Inside, natural light filters through curved openings, casting intricate shadows on the walls and providing visitors with a unique and immersive sensory experience, similar to how ICA exhibitions captivate and inspire their audiences. The exhibition spaces are unified by a continuous flowing form that not only connects different galleries seamlessly but also extends outward to create slopes for auditorium seating. This cohesive design also integrates the building’s circulation system, guiding visitors intuitively through the space. By balancing functionality, aesthetics, and ecological meaning, this design creates a harmonious environment that complements and enhances the ICA’s role as a hub for artistic expression and exploration.

This picture shows a nighttime view of a modern museum. The building is lit up with green lights, giving it a bright and lively look. The structure has a flowing shape with smooth curves and open areas that look natural. The top has a green space, like a rooftop garden, where people are walking around. The lower parts have glass walls that show what’s inside, including displays and plants.

According to the "dual economic structure theory", the economic structure of developing countries can be summarized as industrial sector and traditional a gricultural sector. The traditional agricultural sector is engaged in traditional agricultural production, coupled with the characteristics of relatively limited land and rapid population growth in developing countries, which makes the agricultural sector produce a large number of surplus labor and flow to cities. However, the total agricultural output will start to decrease when the agricultural labor decreases to a certain extent. At this time, food prices will rise because of the short-term food supply. In fact, excessive population movement will cause "hollowing out" and lead to more and more serious unemployment in cities. Therefore, the team believes that attention should be paid to the development of rural areas and agriculture, so that rural areas can retain a large number of working people and relieve the employment pressure of cities. I will Realize the integration of urban and rural areas by means of "resource integration" to solve the problem between the rural and urban.

Exploding Analysis Chart
This exploded urban design diagram shows a plan for a multifunctional area divided into three main parts: the research area, living area, and tourist/business area. The research area includes research centers and corridors, the living area has family apartments and incubation centers, and the tourist/business area includes hotels and a convention center. The design connects these areas with "corridors" and "meeting spaces" to improve interaction. Roads link the entire area to keep it functional. The buildings have modern designs that combine practicality and style. The plan is clear, well-organized, and brings together research, living, and business needs in a simple and effective way.
