Statewide chapter with local leadership and decision making in each key market we serve. We will launch this initiative by executing a pilot of this in Jacksonville.

RPRS (Right People in the Right Seats, EOS terminology) on our support team to ensure we can deliver an “only in YPO” experience to each of our members and ensure we can continue our exceptional growth while delivering this experience to all members.

Onboarding and communications: proactive recruiting and engagement of members and sponsor partner process—rev up Membership pipeline + 22 new members.

What a great evening of connection. We enjoyed the hospitality and food of The Stovall House, learned from the experiences of our fellow YPO members and left uplifted and inspired by our speakers Thayer Smith, Blake Casper, and Karim Abouelnaga.

At YPO Florida, we believe that when spouse/partners are actively engaged, the entire chapter thrives. Their energy, insights, and involvement bring deeper connection, community, and shared growth to our experience. That’s why we’ve made spouse/partner engagement a top priority this year.

We’re thrilled to announce that Liz Babby has stepped into our newly created Spouse/Partner Officer role on the board. Liz has already hit the ground running adding two exciting events to the calendar specifically for spouse/partners: one in Jacksonville and one in Tampa.

We’re just getting started, and we want your ideas!

If there’s an event or experience you’d love to see for our spouse/partner community, please connect with Liz, Caroline, or Bob. Whether it’s a casual meet-up, a unique local experience, or something bigger—we want to make it happen.

Liz is based in Jacksonville, and she’s looking for enthusiastic members in the Tampa and Sarasota areas to help support local spouse/partner events. If you're interested in lending a hand or helping lead in your region, please reach out we’d love to have you on board.

Did you know that spouse/partners can also join a forum?

We already have four active spouse/partner forums in the chapter and are excited to launch more as interest grows. Forum is a powerful tool for connection, growth, and support— and it’s just as impactful for spouse/partners. If you’re curious about joining a forum (or want to know more about what forum is), connect with Bob, Liz, or Caroline, and we’ll help guide you through the process.

Even if you’re not ready to join a forum right now, we highly encourage all spouse/partners to complete Forum Training. It’s a great way to understand the format, the value it brings, and how it fits into the larger YPO experience.
