Create a new programming playbook and execute annual programming under the RISE (Relationships, Insights, Self, Experiences) pillars.
Implement spousal engagement plan, improve spouse/partner satisfaction and increase engagement.
Improve our forum experience through increased investment and connectivity, including resources for sustained support, cross forum events, and additional moderator touchpoints for both member and spouse/partner forums.
Implement board proven process for seamless succession of board and staff member.
Recruitment process: proactive recruitment process to attract quality prospects in diverse geographies, increase female membership, and gain clarity on peerdom.
Clarity of chapter vision and values embedded into the new member process and conveyed in both internal and external communications.

Angela Kane joins theYPO Florida Chapter, bringing more than four years of global event leadership within YPO’s Iconic and Flagship portfolios. She led some ofYPO’s most high-profile programs—including Buenos Aires Presidents’ University, the GLC Spouse/Partner Program, and Necker Island with Richard Branson—earning toptier satisfaction scores and recognition for her strategic planning, creative design, and collaborative leadership. Before joining YPO, Angela spent nearly a decade at the University of Pennsylvania, partnering with theTrustees and the President’s Office on global initiatives and high-level institutional priorities.
In her new role, Angela will focus on elevating member engagement, strengthening chapter programming, and delivering exceptional experiences across Florida. Known for her attention to detail, relationship-driven approach, and passion for creating meaningful moments, she is excited to bring her global expertise to the local chapter community.
A Philadelphia native, Angela now lives in Tampa with her family and remains an enthusiastic ambassador for theYPO network.

I love extreme sports and traveling the world with close friends for what we call our “extreme boys trips.” This year, we chased some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world and I ended up jumping a 102-foot waterfall in Oregon, something I trained for mentally and physically for 8 months.
My 7-month-old daughter, Sofia. She has completely changed my perspective on life, business, and family. Watching her grow and learn something new every day is the most inspiring thing I’ve ever experienced. She’s my greatest motivation and the reason I’m constantly striving to become better.

�� Forum season is in full swing! Our mission is simple keep every forum strong, connected, and supported. Working alongside Bob Davis and Caroline Cheek, our goals this year are to:
Ensure forums are running at full strength
Train and place every new member within 60 days of Forum Basics Training
�� New Member Placement
We maintain a ranked list of forums open to new members. Here’s how it works:
1.Let us know if your forum is seeking a member.
2.When a candidate is ready, we complete a conflict check with the top forum on the list.
3.If clear, the moderator reviews the candidate.
4.Upon approval, the new member begins a 6-month trial. If it’s not a fit, the prospect moves to the next forum.
�� Forum Health Survey Reimbursement
Earn $500 per YPO Florida member in your forum when you meet these requirements:
Moderator is trained
All members (including non-Florida YPOers) complete the Forum Health Survey
Funds go directly to a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF) or outside retreat resource
Payment is made directly to the facilitator/resource
�� Forum Basics: Where It All Begins
Forum is the heart of the YPO experience—and it starts with Forum Basics training. All members are required to complete training before placement, and spouse/partners are encouraged to attend. You’ll learn the language of YPO, build the foundation for Forum Confidential, and gain the skills for meaningful connection. Our chapter goal:
