Limited Time Introductory Offer of no more than $50 for a monthly pass (regularly $90) for riders traveling between Sacramento and Vacaville or Dixon. Solano Express Blue Line riders starting their commute in Vacaville or Dixon who purchased a monthly pass in the last six months and commute to Sacramento are eligible for the introductory offer price.
