Stamp of approval On a recent trip to Bhutan, Sarasota resident Les Baker had a set of personalized postage stamps made featuring the Sarasota Observer. Bhutan’s National Post Office in Thimphu allows visitors to create customized stamps using a photo of their choice or have their photo taken on the spot.
