A special ring to it Lakewood Ranch resident and Realtor Laurie Fox (above) is adding a little jingle to the holiday season by ringing bells for the Salvation Army. “It’s important for people to see that I’m standing here supporting this cause,” Fox said. To give the Salvation Army a little last minute help, volunteers can sign up by Dec. 21 by calling 748-5110.

Ho ho who is it? Is it Santa or is it Ron Lee (above as Kris Kringle)? It’s hard to tell this time of year. The Preserve at Tara resident grows out his white beard so he can don Santa’s red suit for holiday parties and Christmas events. He said he loves greeting children and keeping the mystery of Santa alive. “You have to enjoy doing it,” Lee says. “You have to get into character.”

Finn, Eirinn, Cormac and Christian Camphire said they are thankful Cormac is OK after 37% of his body was burned in a gasoline explosion. He plans to resume classes at Braden River High in January, depending on his health.
