About 500 students at Lakewood Ranch High School have pledged to drive safely and wear their seat belts. Lakewood Ranch High’s Students Against Destructive Decisions chapter led the campaign in October. It ran in conjunction with State Farm and Florida SADD’s new initiative. Those who made the pledge received green ribbons. “It will be a little reminder to drive safely,” SADD Chapter President Tayla Rosenthal (above) said.
