Take a bow Out-of-Door Academy Sophomore Arthur Wang (above) performed on his violin at the 2019 Forte International Music Competition Finals in New York on Feb. 2. The sophomore practiced his piece, “Violin Concerto No. 1 in A minor,” for 10 months at the Sarasota Music Conservatory and with the Sarasota Orchestra before he performed it at Carnegie Hall. “I felt honored to be with the most talented musicians in the world,” he said in a news release. “This is the highest achievement for a teenage musician.”
