A true snow job Braden River High School students Becca Paredes and Hannah Arguini (shown above) made 25 miniature wooden sleds they sold to teachers for a fundraiser. The sleds sold for a bargain $20 each, but the work took a toll on Paredes and Arguini. “We found an old one in the closet and re-created it,” Paredes said. “It’s been really tedious. I’m very ready for Christmas.”

Meet the Griswolds Heritage Harbour’s Jay and Tracy Lockaby like the 1989 movie, “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” chronicling the misadventures of the Griswold family. They paid tribute to the film Dec. 10 during the Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour Breakfast with Santa.
