Bias Incident Report Gettysburg College is committed to fostering a welcoming campus for all students and staff. It is the responsibility of each person in the college community to create an inclusive environment that minimizes bias and hate. Gettysburg College community members who have been targeted by or witnessed bias behavior may use this form to report their concerns. Once submitted, this form is routed to College Life, Human Resources, and the Provost's Office. if you indicate that you want someone to follow up with you, they will do so during business hours (M-F 8:30am-5pm).
