CLASS ACTION COMPLAINT Plaintiffs Brayden Johnson, Logan Rhines, and Kayla Savage bring this action for declaratory relief and damages on behalf of themselves and a Class of others similarly situated against the following Defendants: (i) the University of Oklahoma; and the University’s (ii) President; (iii) Vice President for the Division of Enrollment Management/Executive Director of the Office of Admissions & Recruitment; (iv) Executive Director of Financial Aid Services; and (v) Director of Connection and Student Engagement (collectively the “University of Oklahoma”).
