The Travel XS, a 700 W, 2 HP-equivalent direct drive motor is our lightest next-gen Travel outboard at just 18.3 kg (40.3 lbs) complete, easy to handle and packed with smart features. You get the same trusted performance and innovation: App connectivity, Click & Play setup, a vibrant color display (polarized sunglass readable colored display), and solar charging capability.
The Smart Package ships with a 648 Wh integrated lithium pack that weighs just 6.7 kg (14.8 lbs).
Designed for simplicity and ease of use, the Smart Package is perfect for newcomers and seasoned boaters alike. Whether you’re cruising inland waterways or using your dinghy to get to your sailboat, it’s ready to go wherever you are.

THE ESSENTIAL PACKAGE AND RANGE PACKAGE
The Essential Package with it‘s ultra-quiet and reliable direct drive motor 11.6 kg (25.5 lbs) is perfect for inland waterways and harbors because it is lightweight and easy to handle at just 20.2 kg (44.5 lbs) complete.
The Range Package extends your time on the water building memories with family and friends by up to 32 %! Its highcapacity 1425 Wh battery adds just 1 kg to your overall system weight and hours of fun!
It’s easy to install and use, too, with two shaft lengths, a stable handle on the shaft head, a handy lever for quick steering adjustments (360° // ±60° // fixed), and flexible tilt and trim positions. It’s the Travel you know, upgraded!

More challenging conditions? Look to the Power Package! The Travel XP, a 1600 W, 5 HP-equivalent direct drive motor forms the heart of the Power Package. With 44 % more thrust than the Travel, it has the grit to get the job done. The Power Package ships with a high-capacity 1425 Wh lithium-ion battery and a fast 180 W charger.
It comes in your choice of tiller or remote steering packages and two shaft lengths. Experience the pure power of nature, even when conditions get tough.
As with all other Travel packages, it is compatibel with all features of the TorqView App.

What’s inside your battery and why it matters Battery cell type might be the most important factor when selecting an electric outboard. Travel batteries use high-quality, individually welded, cylindrical steel safety cells equipped with multiple safety mechanisms made by the world’s most reputable manufacturers.
The battery is further protected with a built-in battery management system with redundant hardware backups for every safety-relevant function. Other cell types, such as inexpensive pouch cells, are susceptible to damage from heat, vibration and the repeated shocks common on boats. Con-
sumer-grade pouch cells also offer less effective protection against short-circuiting and have a shorter overall service life.
Skip the fuel dock
Are you ready to explore electric boating but still have some questions about charging? All Travel motors ship with a speedy 180 W charger – simply plug it in. Or consider the superefficient 12 V/24 V charge cable If you would like to charge directly from your main vessel’s hotel bank.
