A sustainable product for a cleaner future: up to 95 % of the shaft head of the Cruise 3.0 (48 V) and Cruise 6.0 (48 V) is produced from components of recycled ocean plastics.
All Cruise systems have a builtin GPS with on-board computer and display with speed and input power, state of charge and remaining range. Through app connectivity with the TorqView app, customers are enabled to digitally read this information on
the Cruise 3.0 (48 V) and Cruise 6.0 (48 V). Additionally, all Cruise drive systems are equipped with a compact, low-drag, and lightweight pylon with advanced helical gear design. The rugged pylon with integral fin offers extra protection from impacts, so you never have to worry. The Cruise 3.0 (48 V) is a clean, lightweight, and easy to use electric drive for displacement boats up to 3 tons or sailboats up to 30 feet. This budgetfriendly system gives you up to one hour and forty minutes of full-throttle runtime with a single Power 48-5000 lithium battery, and runs all day at slower speeds.
Need more range or speed?
You can add up to 16 Power 48-5000 batteries for more energy storage. Choose from short or long shaft, remote-steered (R) or a tiller model (T), or a lightweight and space-saving pod drive (FP).
The Cruise 3.0 (48 V) is equipped with Torqeedo’s advanced communication system, TorqLink, which allows faster and more accurate data sharing between system components like the Power 48-5000 battery and TorqLink throttles (sold separately).

The Cruise 6.0 (48 V) is the motor of choice for displacement boats up to 6 tons or sailboats up to 35 feet. The Cruise 6.0 (48 V) is the entry point into the world of planing, as it is our most budget-friendly motor capable of achieving planing speeds. Choose from short or long shaft, remote-steered (R), a tiller model (T), or fixed pod (FP).

The Cruise 10.0 T is equipped with a tiller and a 48-volt outboard motor with a 20 HP equivalent, making it ideal for boats up to 10 tons. Choose between short, long, or extra-long shaft lengths. All Cruise systems have a built-in GPS with on-board computer and display with speed and input power, state of charge and remaining range. Due to its advanced helical gear design, the pylon is compact, low-resistance, and lightweight.
Torqeedo´s Cruise 10.0 T is equipped with the TQBus communication system, which digitally connects motor, battery and steering to secure more accurate data sharing. The quiet and eco-friendly Cruise 10.0 T is a durable drive for everyday use.

Which battery for my Cruise system?
Lithium-ion batteries are the technology of choice for electric mobility applications. They store significantly more energy than other batteries which extends your range, and have no memory effect. They also provide many more cycles than lead-based batteries. Your Power battery‘s integrated electronics are designed to communicate with the on-board computer, meaning the values provided for range, runtime, and remaining charge are always exact. You can choose to power your Cruise system with third-party batteries and the onboard computer will provide estimates derived from battery info entered during initial system setup.

Values were determined in a towing test and represent the expected possible performance. Speed was measured by speed over ground (GPS). Actual approach speed at the propeller (speed through water) can deviate considerably and lead to significantly different performance.
