Member Spotlight Buddy Halvorson Buddy has been a member of the YMCA for over 13 years. He joined after retiring, hoping to create a healthy routine and find new ways to stay active. Since Buddy has always loved biking, he was excited to explore other forms of exercise. That’s when he discovered SilverSneakers at the YMCA and realized how much he enjoyed the class! Now he looks forward to attending classes weekly to exercise and catch up with friends at the monthly ForeverWell potlucks. After each SilverSneakers class, Buddy always feels uplifted
Book Club May 13 9:30 - 10 am Dawson Lounge - Fercho YMCA We will discuss “The Mighty Red” by Louise Erdrich. All are welcome, even if you haven't finished the book. June’s book is “The Lion Women of Tehran” by Marjan Kamali.
