Yasser Osman Moharam Mahgoub

Dr. Yasser Osman M. Mahgoub, is an architect, academic, and scholar. Received his B. Sc. in Architectural Engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 1978 and Doctorate in Architecture degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA in 1990. Held several academic positions since 1990 at Ain Shams University, United Arab Emirates University, Kuwait University, Qatar University, Dar Al Hekma University and Galala University. Currently, Program Director, Faculty of Architecture, Galalal University. Practiced as a professional architect and consultant. Teaches architectural design studios, architectural research, environment and behavior and professional practice. His research interests include social and cultural aspects of architecture, sustainable architecture, architectural education and globalization.
