radiating worship

Radiating Worship is a sanctuary within Blue Bell Park in Philadelphia, designed to inspire reflection, peace and spirituality. The project embraces the natural beauty of its surroundings and draw visitors inward. Rediating lines guide movement and attention toward a central sacred space, creating a sense of unity and calm. This sanctuary invites all who enter to pause, connect, and experience a quiet yet powerful moment of spiritual presense.

to recover & heal

To Recover and Heal is to help those dealing with Substance Abuse that have been dealing with homelessness get rehabilitated back into the community. plan to acheive this by providing housing, in an existing structure that has been in the community for quite some time, and a new rehab-like facility, that uses several elements like nature and openness to aleviate the stigma that drug rehabs have in society. To integrate them back into society, welcome the community by providing programs and resources for those in the surrounding area, creating this sense of belonging and community.

mediateque

The Mediateque was designed to better improve the conditions of an existing library in Northeast Philadelphia to adjust to the needs and wants of the community there. So, how can one design for the community and provide all necessary services in this lot. A lot of thought has been given to how the library should function in both program and circulation utilizing the matriz diagram. At the end, a library was created to help improve the community and bring life back to a once bright library again.

maplewood mall

The Maplewood Mall a place that is vital to the community of Germantown, has been around for decades. The mall has undergone various renovations to which the well only bring more life to it. So, creating an identity that represents the Maplewood Mall and can grow with it. In this project we were tasked to create a responsive logo that represents the brand. The new identity should be able to applied across various touchpoints and help improve the mall’s presence in any form, digital or physical, to help the place continue to be the place it has always been for the community.

germantown sound lab

Germantown Sound Lab (GSL) located in the Maplewood Mall, was made to create an environment for musicians of all levels to have a place to express themselves through an affordable and community driven place. GSL provides services like rentals of both instruments and studio space, a media player where musicians are able to post their creations for free on their website, and a shop. This imaginary business has it’s responsive logo and physical/digital touchpoints accompanied with an animation and the logo placed in an environment.
