LearningatCrossroadsextendsfarbeyondtheclassroomwalls. Inadditiontofieldtripsinallgradelevels,fourthandfifthgraders participateinmulti-dayExperientialandOutdoorEducationtrips.
–Fourthgradersenjoyathree-day,two-night outdooreducationtriptoAstroCamp,amountainadventureand sciencecamp.SetamongthegorgeouspineforestsofCalifornia’s SanJacintoMountains,studentsexplorescienceandspaceinstateof-the-artfacilitiesandparticipateinmountainadventureactivities.
–Forfivedays,fifthgraders studymarineenvironmentsatCatalinaIslandMarineInstituteat ToyonBay,participatinginmarinelifelabsandactivitiesincluding snorkeling,oceankayaking,hikingandrock-wallclimbing.



AtCrossroads,differentiationisnotanadd-on.Itisthefoundationofhowwe teach.Wemeetstudentswheretheyare,honorwhotheyarebecomingand ensurethateverylearnergrowswithconfidence,curiosityandpurpose.
