Stand Space Policy We want to be upfront about how we handle late cancellations. Stand cancellations and/or withdrawals incurs costs that can reach up to 100% of your contracted obligation. Please read your Exhibition Space Contract for full details on withdrawal terms.
How we Manage Cancelled Space In the rare instance that a space becomes available before the show we carefully manage any reallocation, so the overall look, flow and success of the show is protected. Here’s how we approach it: •
Major show sponsors are given first option if they wish to expand or move. We naturally seek a contribution to costs for this space less any cancellation fee paid by the former exhibitor.
•
Nearby exhibitors may be offered the chance to extend into the space.
•
Any further decisions are made with the best interests of the whole show in mind. Avoiding vacant gaps or panel backs which detract from a positive visitor experience.
•
Floorplans and stand layouts may be adjusted if needed to keep presentation, visitor flow, safety, and operations strong.
Please note: •
If any payment is late or the conditions above aren’t met, the cash-back offer no longer applies.
•
The rebate only applies to indoor stands. Extra charges (such as public liability insurance) must be paid by their due dates.
•
The rebate does not apply to outside EX stands.

Stand Specifications Halls 1, 2 & 3 NEW: Serviced stands available with or without basic grey carpet. If you choose a stand without carpet, you need to arrange your own floor covering. Hall 1, grey carpet, hall 2 and 3 optional grey carpet. Outdoor Stands (EX) “EX” stands are outdoor areas with access to a single-phase power outlet. These can be purchased as a package with a marquee, or you can bring your own marquee, tent or promotional gazebo. Any structure you bring needs to be of exhibition standard, properly weighted and approved by the organisers before installation. Please note that all EX stands are peg-free zones because of underground cables and tarseal. Please see the pricing schedule on pages 30-31. Open Corner Stands - Open sides should remain open. -A ny changes to the stand area need written approval from the show organisers. -B anners or signage should sit at least 2 m inside your stand boundaries. Design & Build Stands A design and build stand is one that is designed and constructed by another company specifically for the exhibition.
