There are health issues such as dry eyes and disturbed sleep patterns. Children suffer from poor mental health, low self-esteem, and depression as there is a constant competition to look better, to dine/date better, go exotic vacations on social media, including who has more likes, who has more followers, etc. All of this matters a great deal to them. Risks such as online body shaming, harassment, cyberbullying, sexual predators, and scammers have doubled digital parents’ worries.
