Cheyenne Audubon invites birders of every level and non-birders to experience sandhill crane migration near Yoder, about 75 miles north of Cheyenne, March 28, 3:00pm-9:00pm. Cheyenne Greenway Foundation

The Cheyenne Greenway Foundation has been selected to be the focus of an upcoming Thankful Thursday, a “Party with a Purpose” event on Thursday, April 2 at the Lincolnway Event Center, 3839 East Lincolnway. The Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council invites professionals in the area to consider becoming a member. The SEWEPC is made up of dedicated professionals in the legal, accounting, financial services, trust and foundation professions working with clients to help them with their estate planning needs. Estate planning is not just for the wealthy. Everyone has an estate, and they want to be able to dispose of their “things” according to their wishes. The Council helps bring different disciplines together for the common good of the client. Meetings are held monthly September-May, the last Tuesday of the month, at noon at the Metropolitan, 1701 Carey Avenue, unless otherwise announced at hosted location. Alliance of Therapy Dogs

Looking for something to do with your furry friend? Consider sharing your dog with others through therapy dog visits through Alliance of Therapy Dogs. ATD has visits to all the nursing homes, retirement homes, assisted living facilities, CRMC and the VA hospital. They have new programs starting at LCCC and the Boys and Girls Club for work with reading programs with children and a reading program at the Laramie County Library. There are special visits done at LCCC and the University of Wyoming as well. Please go to the ATD website at www.therapydogs.com, click on “Join” and follow through with the steps for registration. Once registered you are covered with insurance while doing any of the visits you choose to do. Crime Stoppers Silent Witness Assistance

Identifying Attempted Theft Suspect

Cheyenne Police Detectives are investigating an attempted Automated Teller Machine (ATM) theft that occurred at Chase Bank located at 3502 Dell Range Boulevard.

Surveillance video shows a suspect attempted to pull the ATM from its foundation using a white semi-truck without a rear license plate. The machine was damaged but no cash was removed. The case remains under investigation by Cheyenne Police Detectives and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
