Laramie County DUI Victim Impact Panel will be held March 30. Cheyenne Audubon invites birders of every level and non-birders to experience sandhill crane migration near Yoder, about 75 miles north of Cheyenne, March 28, 3:00pm-9:00pm. The trip is free and open to the public. Participants will leave Lions Park’s parking lot south of the Children’s Village, 710 South Lions Park Drive. Participants should bring water, snacks, dinner and clothing for changing weather conditions. Exhibit: Aloha Vaqueros

The CFD Old West Museum welcomes Aloha Vaqueros, a unique traveling exhibit on display April 11- September 13. The exhibit is kicking off with a special opening reception on April 11 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. They are honored to have the following guest speakers: Dr. Billy Bergin, representing the Hawaiian Paniolos; a representative from the Museo del Vaquero de las Californias, speaking on the Mexican Vaquero tradition; Mike Kassel, Curator of the Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Old West Museum, discussing the history and legacy of the American Cowboy. The Girls’ Recreational Fast Pitch Softball program will feature age divisions ranging from 8 and under to 18 and under. Players must be no younger than six and no older than 18 on June 1, 2026. Registration is open until March 26 with a $65/player fee. Late registration runs from March 27 to April 9 and a $25 late fee will be added. After April 9, registration will be closed. Practices begin May 11 and the regular season starts June 1. Six regular season games are guaranteed per team plus an end-of-season tournament. Games will be played on weeknights at the Converse Softball Complex. Volunteer coaches and sponsors are needed! A special Creative Aging workshop titled “How To Think Like Leonardo da Vinci” taught by Artist Terry Kreuzer is open for registration for seniors 60 years plus.
