HOW TO ORDER YOUR PRODUCT

Choose Your Garment Choose your garment! Remember to check if it is available in all the sizes you’ll need.
Choose Your Designs Take a look through all the designs, pick what you’d like on the front and back, have a look through the additional option.
Let us know! Give us a call, let us know what you’ve decided on, we will go through it all with you and make sure you’re happy! We will then create a visualisation of your choice(s) or different options.
Sit back and relax! Once everything has been approved by you just sit back and relax .

Class Pack & Posters
Let one of our team come down and go through all the options in a short 20 minute meeting, showcasing samples, ideas and taking all the hassle away.

If you need any help or have any questions please contact us. Can we create our own designs? Yes, you can create any design you want. What does ‘Single colour print mean? Prices quoted are for one colour (single colour) print. Do we all have to have the same shirt style and colour? No, we appreciate that not everyone will want the same style or colour garment. You can choose as many styles and colours as you like, but the minimum order for each single print colour is 12. Do we all have to have the same designs? Yes, due to the large set-up costs and time involved in producing each garment they must have the same front and rear design unless you want individual names and numbers (see question on names).

How long does it take? Once you contact us and process your order the order will take 10-14 days. This allows for the approval process, i.e. for you to receive artwork to check if any amendments are to be made and for final approval to be given. Some of us would like Nicknames or Names, do we all have to have them? Nicknames and Names can be requested on an individual basis which means that not everyone has to have one. However we do charge extra for Names - the cost will be confirmed to you when we know what you want. Do we have to order a minimum number of items? Due to the time required to set up our print equipment etc, we do require a minimum order of 20 garments to process an order. However this can be made up of any mixture of styles, colours and sizes. What is included in the price of our garments? Our prices are per garment and are fully inclusive of all design work and setup, and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
