#LATOLONDON Important clarification message This Presenter is provided by Matrix (part of L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division). It aims to showcase deals, offers and promotions that Matrix makes available to its distributors. Certain elements such as pricing and worth messages are left blank as the presenter may be used by the distributor and its Sales Consultants to show to their salons and thereby indicate the price at which the salon may buy from that distributor. Additionally there may be certain promotional language such as “gift with purchase” or “ free product offering”. It is hoped that the distributor will make that offering available to the salon although it is up to the distributor to determine its own promotional message. Where there is an expression of money off or volume discount this will appear in the style of “at least X% off” or “[two] for no more than £Y”. These are maximum suggested prices and it is entirely up to the distributor as to whether they wish to use such a message and what discount/price to apply. Distributors are of course free to sell at whatever price they like. Salons are also free to sell at whatever price they like subject to any maximum price clause applied by the distributor.
