Background: The association between various air pollutants and several health ailments have been reported in the literature. lt has been documented by various studies that diesel exhaust (DE) exposure has detrimental impact on the male reproductive health. Due to the declining quality of semen parameters and increasing rates of infertility in the human population, it becomes important to understand the associated effects of DE exposure on the male reproductive parameters and its epigenetics. This collaborative project between llT Delhi and AIIMS New Delhi, aims to investigate the transgenerational effects of diesel exhaust exposure on male reproduction in rats'

Qualifications
Jr. Research Fellow discipline of life/biological academic background, and level eligibility test NET. (JRF), GATE.
NET/GATE examination for of JRF/SRF may be relaxed for the candidates who have graduated from Centrally Funded Technical lnstitutes (CFTls) with a CGPA of more than 8.000 (80% aooreoate marks).
