Thank you to all the members of the West Virginia Central Federal Credit Union family! You have all played a significant role in my life for nearly 32 years. When I started with Central in November 1994, I could not have imagined all the wonderful things we would accomplish together. We developed products and services that reward our members for supporting fellow members and the credit union, which embodies the purpose of a financial cooperative. Additionally, we have fostered a culture of genuine service to our communities, giving special consideration to children, the elderly, and our veterans. I am excited to see where WV Central will go under the leadership of our new President and CEO, Cindy Turner. Cindy is experienced and wellprepared to continue our success, grow the credit union, and enhance the financial well-being of all members who aspire to thrive. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for being part of our credit union family and for the unwavering support you have always provided. This includes our wonderful members, our outstanding volunteers serving on the board of directors and the supervisory committee, and all staff and team members. I have truly worked with some of the very best the world has to offer! I feel blessed, and I will miss our daily interactions. I wish each of you success and happiness! Michael A. Our commitment to providing world-class member service will remain our top priority, and we will continue supporting our communities just as we have done throughout our history. With Mike’s departure, West Virginia Central Credit Federal Union will continue to move forward with the same values and dedication that have made us successful. We will remain focused on finding new ways to better serve our members, grow the credit union, and stay current with technological advancements that help protect our members and their financial well-being. I have 38 years of experience in banking and financial services and have had the privilege of serving alongside Mr. Tucker since 1995. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep appreciation for the credit union philosophy of putting members first. I believe Mike and I share the same passion and commitment to serving our members, employees, and communities. I am honored to continue building on the strong foundation that has been established and look forward to leading West Virginia Central Credit Federal Union into the future.
