Three local Wellington City Councillors have welcomed the appointment of Lindsay McKenzie as the Crown Observer to Wellington City Council. Local Government Minister Simeon Brown announced the appointment on 11 November, and Mr McKenzie began in the role yesterday, 13 November. Continued on page 2.
