The Navy descended on Zealandia’s lower reservoir lake on 6 August, helping to uncover the secrets of the near opaque water. The survey was carried out as part of Exercise Anchorite, a regular hydrographic training operation conducted in a variety of lake and coastal locations throughout New Zealand. Continued on page 2.
