FARMERS MARKET TURNS 15 The Winter Garden Farmers Market is celebrating a milestone as it turns 15 years old. The city is marking this occasion with a community celebration from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 3, at the Downtown Pavilion, 104 S. The city will gift commemorative 120th anniversary tote bags to the first 120 guests who visit the information booth at the pavilion entrance. The market is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays and offers a variety of vendors selling locally sourced produce, artwork, jewelry, gourmet provisions, baked goods, home décor, apparel and accessories, seasonal items, pet supplies, and delicacies. It premiered with about 20 vendors in 2008 and now has 110. The market has become a community hub, garnering more than 4,000 weekly attendees.
