YOUR TOWN CHRISTMAS CONCERTS SCHEDULED

The Light Orlando Christmas Concert Series, powered by Äcahand Foundation, aims to bring the community together to celebrate the season while raising awareness of nonprofits focused on community issues such as homelessness, education and healthcare. The free performances by school, community and church choirs will showcase local talent from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, through Saturday, Dec. 10, in the Hamlin Green Space, 14111 Shoreside Way, Winter Garden. Scheduled to perform are God’s Example, Dec. 8; Daniel Emmet, Dec. 9; and Blanca, Dec. 10.
