This handbook is based on the experiences of the participants of the Unguvu Project and will guide you through the life-cycle of Africa-Europe partnerships in Scouting, exploring the different steps of initiating, planning, managing, executing and evaluating a partnership. The handbook also highlights the opportunities, diffi culties and challenges that may arise and provides advice, case studies and examples on how
to manage them. We hope that this handbook will enable you to experience enriching, enjoyable and productive Africa-Europe partnerships either within Scouting or any other youth organisation.
