The APR Plan outlines the strategic objectives and necessary action steps on how the Asia-Pacific Region intends to deliver the remaining work needed to achieve the APR Vision 2020, and at the same time, contribute towards the attainment of WOSM Vision 2023. It is the primary working guide for the Regional Scout Committee, the APR Sub-Committees, and the Asia-Pacific Support Centre to achieve the region’s strategic targets for the triennium 2018-2021. This document may also be used by our National Scout Organizations as reference in developing or reviewing their respective national strategic plans.
