Benazuza is a gastronomic restaurant by the Oasis Hotels and Resorts that opened in 2011. They look forward to capture and share their working philosophy, respect for the product, the Mayan culture and the Mexican cuisine of each region of the country, their clear objective is to make people taste a little bit of Mexico, which they do by serving dishes from some of the 32 states in Mexico.

The AnnA restaurant is an urban restaurant with a stylish ambience. Here you can enjoy uncomplicated cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
Chef Johannes Wallner and his team create authentic dishes from fresh regional products: whether it’s local smoked trout or honey from a friendly beekeeper at the breakfast buffet, the native Thuringian creatively combines exquisite products from local producers with international influences.
Here, the product is the star on the plate, because every guest should taste what they read on the menu and are served. The restaurant is managed by Katrin Kühn. For her, service means putting the guest at the center of attention. The house sommelier, Anna-Maria Beckert, serves a special wine accompaniment to the monthly changing menus. Here, guests can expect old favorites as well as new additions, preferably from wineries in Germany.
